From contacting Heather in the office to the technicians Brandon and Tyler a first rate experience. All were courteous and helpful. They fixed the chip in my motorhome windshield and were on their way in about 45 minutes. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Sean and Austin did a great job on the install, and talking with the front office was a pleasure. They dealt with the insurance co which meant less time I had to. I have a 2004 Monaco Lapalma and needed the drivers side windshield replaced.

I work at Lexus and we use Mike's Auto Glass for our customers. Driving we had a rock hit our windshield. I called Mike's Auto Glass in Ft. Myers, spoke with Heather. She was Great, she immediately put everything in place with my insurance provider and with our Lexus Parts Department, Heather kept updating me on the status and in less then 72 hours my new windshield on my wife's Lexus was professionally installed by Austin, their Sr. Tech was incredible, professional and then our pre-collision safety system had to be calibrated. Heather had set up this with Logan, whom continued in providing excellent service. ALL 3 worked at the highest level. This is Why, Lexus of Ft. Myers uses them...Thank you Team Mike's Auto Glass....

This experience was quick, painless and professional. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and coordinated all of the details with my insurance carrier. They even re-calibrated my crash-avoidance software, which is normally done by the dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for glass repair.

Mike and his crew did the best windshield replacement in my rv. It looks factory. They came out to the campsite and about 1hr had the one piece windshield replaced. Very neat clean job. Thanks guys

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather and the whole team are incredible, diligent, and kind. I feel so lucky that they were recommended to me when my windshield got a giant ding in it on the highway. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of service, communication, and patience they show. They took care of me every step of the way and I cannot recommend them enough. The waiting area is also super clean, comfortable, and has coffee and water available.
